Rigging is one of the highest-risk activities on any tower project, and having Competent Riggers on our crew means that lifting operations are planned and executed by personnel who are formally qualified to identify hazards and take corrective action. A Competent Rigger designation, as defined by OSHA and industry standards, requires both training and demonstrated hands-on experience — it’s not simply a title. Our riggers understand load calculations, hardware ratings, inspection requirements, and safe rigging practices at a level that protects both our crews and the structures we work on.

Having licensed Professional Engineers (PEs) as part of our team means that engineering judgment, structural analysis, and stamped documentation are all handled with the highest level of qualified oversight. A PE license requires years of education, documented field experience, and passing a comprehensive examination — and it carries real legal and professional accountability. When our engineers stamp a drawing or sign off on an analysis, they are personally standing behind that work.
This in-house engineering capability sets us apart from contractors who rely entirely on outside firms for technical support. We can move quickly, communicate clearly between field and office, and deliver integrated solutions where inspection findings feed directly into engineering analysis and recommendations.
Our welding team holds 3G and 4G certifications, qualifying them to perform structural welds in vertical and overhead positions — the most demanding and commonly required weld positions in tower construction and modification work. These certifications are issued through rigorous testing governed by AWS (American Welding Society) standards and demonstrate that our welders can consistently produce sound, code-compliant welds in real-world field conditions.
Having certified welders in-house means we don’t have to subcontract critical structural work to outside parties. Every weld performed on a project by our crew meets documented qualification requirements, giving engineers and owners confidence in the quality and integrity of the finished structure.
